Y’all I am excited to share a brand spanking new partnership with @MissionNoLimits @bikectchallenge as a ride ambassador. Mission fights cancer daily by promoting healthy lifestyles, and one of their marquee events is the CTC ride every summer. As you may have heard, a global pandemic shut a lot of things down in the past years but not this one! CTC is back in person baby! I have had the absolute pleasure of doing this ride and speaking at the event in years past and look forward to being there IRL this summer! Soon, I will have a landing page where you can sign up to ride in person OR virtually. You can also donate to the cause, support my team or even share why YOU are riding. This event has always been near and dear to my heart not just because I am a cancer survivor but because I’m someone who found a way to fight through movement. We are almost through the most disrespectful winter in Colorado that I can remember - which means it’s about time to bust out the bikes again! I’m so honored and excited to share that I am a 2023 #SchwinnAmbassador and will be sharing all sorts of adventures, experiences, and tips and tricks as an amputee that likes to feel the wind in her hair on a bicycle! I am so grateful to @schwinnbikes for giving me another fun activity to do outside that doesn’t involve sand or spikes 😂 #ad

Only a couple of weeks/maybe months ago I convinced @sdsuadaptedathletics to let me host a sport psychology athlete retreat. One of the hardest parts of the work in this industry is convincing the value of mental performance and mental health, and I was met with no pushback 🙏🏼 I was able to assemble a team with my perfect leaders @milaaaquino @michelle_gregovic and deliver a day that went beyond my expectations. I’m so grateful to everyone who let my vision come to life, their support, and the athletes who put their trust in us. An amazing day and a really special squad ♥️ thank you! Go Aztecs!
